We sell 100% donated items so we cannot always guarantee if something is working. That being said, we stand by the products we sell, so if you have an issue, please reach out and we'll make it right for you. Returns for defective items will be accepted for two weeks following the date of purchase.

We will ship your items within 3 business days of purchase. We always use standard shipping as this is the lowest cost option, but if you need your item faster, please send us a note and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. The shipping fee is a flat $5.95 per item fee unless otherwise noted. If you are local (we are in Suffield and Enfield), feel free to reach out for pick up.
